Shipping and Handling Charges

We use several shipping carriers including United Parcel Service (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS), and others. The shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the following table:

International Shipping

Orders shipped to Canada will incur an additional charge of $4.95 per shipment.

Orders shipped to all other countries will incur an additional charge of $14.99 per shipment.

Expedited Shipping

Orders shipped within the United States and Canada qualify for expedited shipment (two day delivery). Expedited shipments will incur an additional charge of $12.95 per shipment.

Florida Sales Tax

Orders shipped within the state of Florida will be charged 6.5% state sales tax.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at 866-702-3302. We will exchange any products damaged in transit. No exchanges will be done if we are not notified within 10 days of delivery.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-order basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with your total purchase.
